About the Role
• Craft internal and external communications, including writing, editing, and content creation for websites, social media, press releases, and newsletters. • Develop and implement communication strategies, messaging plans, and thematic collateral for diverse audiences. • Support logistical planning and execution of both in‑person and virtual community engagement events. • Conduct stakeholder research, mapping, and manage inquiries; create surveys and interactive tools to gather public feedback. • Analyze engagement results and contribute to client reports, case studies, and presentations. • Perform tasks within budget and deadlines, ensuring self‑review before submission.

What You Bring
• Minimum requirement: BA/BS or equivalent; preferred: degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or related field. • 2+ years experience in communications or community engagement on large infrastructure projects; strong writing skills; bilingual English/Spanish.

Benefits
The position is based in Dallas, TX (Hybrid work model) with an hourly rate of $26.44‑$38.46. It reports to the Transportation Business Line within AECOM Technical Services Inc.
