Graduate Civil Engineer

About the Role

Supervise daily execution of work at construction sites to meet quality and timeliness requirements. Provide operational support, act as a first‑line supervisor, and ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance while coordinating work scheduling and allocation. Explain the local action plan, motivate the team, manage performance, and coach development to build organizational capability.
