About the Role

In this role you will serve as the onsite expert, leading installation and maintenance activities, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring safe and compliant operations. You will collaborate closely with customers and third‑party colleagues to provide technical guidance and develop innovative solutions. Projects are managed from inception to completion, with regular communication of updates to both internal and external stakeholders. You will mentor junior field engineers, supervise day‑to‑day wellsite work, and verify that all work meets agreed objectives before customer sign‑off. • Manage projects to completion and communicate updates to internal and external customers • Provide instruction and supervision to junior field engineers on day‑to‑day wellsite activities • Communicate technical guidance and advice to customers and third‑party wellsite colleagues • Analyze and interpret system information and data to resolve complex well‑site problems • Verify work to enable successful customer delivery and sign‑off of agreed objectives • Lead, mentor, and motivate technical teams effectively • Apply a methodical approach to solving complex customer issues • Work in diverse environments, including on‑shore facilities and customer locations

What You Bring
