About the Role
In this role you will keep product flow smooth and accurate throughout the facility, moving materials to correct locations, restocking shelves, and maintaining an organized environment. You will safely operate a forklift and other equipment to load, unload, and transport materials, prepare finished goods for shipment, and handle paperwork, shrink‑wrapping, and trailer loading. Additionally, you will uphold 5S housekeeping standards, support inventory management with Kanban cards, verify and receive incoming materials, and collaborate with the team while also training others and making independent decisions. • Ensure smooth, accurate product flow and proper material placement throughout the facility. • Operate forklifts and equipment safely to load, unload, and move goods. • Prepare finished goods for shipment: staging, paperwork, shrink‑wrap, and trailer loading. • Maintain 5S housekeeping standards and keep the warehouse organized. • Support inventory management by pulling Kanban cards and replenishing materials. • Verify incoming materials, receive them into the system, and store correctly. • Collaborate with team members, share information, and train others while making independent decisions.

What You Bring
The position prefers a high school diploma or GED and requires experience with forklift operation, computer data entry, and general material handling. Candidates must have strong attention to detail, counting and picking skills, basic computer proficiency, and be able to meet the physical demands of standing for long periods, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 25 lb regularly (occasionally up to 70 lb). Effective communication, adherence to safety protocols, flexibility, teamwork, and willingness to work overtime are also essential. • High school diploma or GED preferred; forklift, data entry, and material‑handling experience required. • Strong attention to detail, counting/picking accuracy, and basic computer knowledge. • Ability to stand long periods, bend, twist, lift 25 lb regularly and up to 70 lb occasionally. • Effective communication, adherence to safety protocols, flexibility, and willingness to work overtime.
