About the Role
Key responsibilities include analyzing customer complaint CRM calls, prioritising product defects for factory‑actionable review and initiating corrective actions with cross‑functional teams. The manager will resolve day‑to‑day line quality issues, support the service team in site‑related problem analysis and conduct need‑based site visits across India. Coordination with design, engineering, purchasing and suppliers for product development and continuous‑improvement projects such as Six Sigma and QC stories is also required. • Analyze customer complaint CRM calls, prioritize product defects, and coordinate corrective actions with cross‑functional teams. • Resolve day‑to‑day line quality issues and support service teams in site‑related problem analysis, including PAN‑India visits. • Collaborate with design, engineering, purchasing, and suppliers on product development and continuous‑improvement projects such as Six Sigma and QC stories. • Apply quality tools (7 QC tools, 8D, XFMEA, DOE, SPC) and maintain ISO‑9001 compliance. • Ensure adherence to international standards IEC‑60947 and ISO‑9001 in electrical manufacturing processes. • Interpret engineering drawings and use MS Office and SAP for documentation and reporting. • Drive initiatives that improve product quality and customer satisfaction within a dynamic, innovation‑focused environment.

What You Bring
The role advertised is Manager – Product Quality (QA) based in Vadodara. Candidates should hold a B.E./B.Tech (6‑8 years of experience) or a Diploma (8‑12 years) and possess critical skills in MCCB/ACB and knowledge of IEC 60947‑1. The position demands solid quality‑function experience in electrical manufacturing, exposure to international standards (IS/IEC‑60947) and proficiency with engineering drawing interpretation, MS Office and SAP. Familiarity with the seven QC tools, 8D, XFMEA, DOE, SPC and ISO 9001 system knowledge is essential.
