About the Role

Mortenson is seeking a Journeyman Installer to lead and execute structured cabling installations on hyperscale data center projects. The role involves overseeing installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of low‑voltage systems while ensuring safety, efficiency, and high quality standards. • Measure, cut, and bend wire and conduit using hand tools. • Safely operate hand and power tools (drills, crimpers, cutters) after training. • Lift, position, and fasten objects; handle materials up to 200 lbs. • Prepare, handle, and supply materials and tools for electrical trades. • Maintain a clean, organized work area and equipment. • Work under close supervision following standard procedures. • Build relationships with diverse individuals at all organizational levels.
