The role involves leading a cross‑functional team to boost revenue, increase market share, and strengthen competitive positioning through technical solution selling, strategic planning, and operational alignment. • Leads a high‑performing team of associates by fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement aligned with White Cap’s Teamwork and Relentless values. • Drives product specification and market adoption by engaging architects, engineers, and regulatory bodies with persuasive, technically sound presentations. • Develops and executes regional product portfolio strategies that align with evolving market needs and support lifecycle planning. • Collaborates with supply chain and operations to align inventory availability with sales forecasts, minimizing stockouts and excess. • Identifies and pursues business development opportunities within existing and new accounts using market insights and project trends. • Monitors competitor activity and market shifts to inform pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies that maintain a competitive edge. • Partners with Marketing, R&D, and Customer Service to ensure customer feedback informs product innovation and go‑to‑market strategies, reflecting Service and Transparent values. • Manages sales forecasting, planning, and operating expenses in alignment with budgetary goals. • Oversees key project opportunities from design through delivery using CRM tools for pipeline visibility and reporting. • Champions associate development through hiring, coaching, performance management, and succession planning, demonstrating Experienced and Dependable leadership.

What You Bring
