About the Role

The incumbent will manage multidisciplinary design teams from conception to completion, working closely with Area and Regional Building Engineering Services managers and the global TMT client management team. Travel to client sites or other HDR offices is required, and a flexible schedule is needed to support international projects. • Collaborate on development strategies, business prospects, technical services, quality, and production standards. • Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction. • Control project budget, scope, schedule, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards. • Handle forecasting, invoicing, and contract management. • Promote HDR through regular client interactions and presentations. • Recruit mission‑critical staff and create proposal content, including scope, schedule, and budget. • Work cooperatively with local office principals, business group leads, technical directors, and marketing managers. • Travel 10‑20% to project sites, including international locations; maintain a flexible work schedule for global support.

What You Bring

Candidates should hold a Professional Engineer or Registered Architect license, PMP certification, and be proficient in MS Office, MS Project, Revit, AutoCAD, BIM360 and Bluebeam. A bachelor’s degree, at least seven years of related experience and a minimum of two years in project management are required, along with strong leadership, client‑relationship and public‑speaking skills. • Preferred: Professional Engineer or Registered Architect, PMP certification, MS Office/Project, Revit, AutoCAD, BIM360, Bluebeam. • Required: Bachelor’s degree, 7+ years related experience, minimum 2 years project‑management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, commitment to employee‑owned culture.
