About the Role
The Housekeeping Inspector maintains cleanliness and quality control in guest units and public common areas while delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include inspecting assigned rooms and shared spaces, performing written inspections, cleaning as needed, replacing missing inventory, securing department assets, and reporting any quality, maintenance, or security issues to management. • Inspect guest units and public areas for cleanliness and quality standards. • Perform written inspections and document findings as directed by management. • Clean assigned rooms and common spaces to maintain resort standards. • Replace missing inventory items and secure department assets in storage. • Report quality issues, maintenance problems, and suspicious activity promptly. • Assist in maintaining accurate linen and supply inventory. • Multitask across assignments while adhering to safety protocols.

What You Bring
Successful candidates must be able to multitask, communicate effectively both orally and in writing, and have at least one year of housekeeping experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and the role requires a proactive approach to maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring a safe environment. • Communicate effectively with team members and guests. • Possess at least one year of housekeeping experience (high school diploma preferred).
