Service Tech Apprentice - Change out team
Assist senior HVAC technicians with equipment removal, installation, and system start‑up.

About the Role
Assist in identifying and addressing basic system issues through observation and guided testing. Safely drive a motor vehicle and trailer, follow company vehicle driving policies, and adhere to all company safety requirements. Maintains required registrations, professional licenses, and/or certifications as required by the position. Support system startup activities, including testing, inspection, and performance verification. Maintain equipment, vehicles, and tools in a clean and safe condition. Collaborate with senior technicians to remove, set, and secure HVAC equipment during system change-outs. Assist with reconnecting ductwork, piping, drains, and electrical components under supervision. What You Bring
Demonstrates strong business ethics at all times. Basic math skills. High School Diploma or GED. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, gauges, and measuring equipment. Professional demeanor with solid interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Proficiently operate hand tools, power tools, gauges, and measuring equipment. Vocational training, apprenticeships, or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred. Craft training is preferred. Maintains a professional appearance.
