About the Role

The Compensation Specialist role is intended for professionals with 8+ years of progressive compensation experience. In this position you will partner with Finance, evaluate compensation competitiveness, provide counsel on pay structures, and support year‑end planning across salary, bonus, commission, and equity components. You will also manage Workday transactions, conduct market benchmarking, and leverage AI tools to analyze large compensation datasets. • Assess financial impact of compensation changes with Finance. • Evaluate and recommend improvements to salary, bonus, commission, and equity structures. • Advise HR on pay structures, new‑hire offers, and wage‑hour compliance. • Lead year‑end compensation planning, including budget analysis and merit/bonus modeling. • Conduct market benchmarking and interpret external rewards trends. • Manage Workday compensation transactions and act as primary contact for HRBP and manager inquiries. • Use AI tools to analyze large compensation datasets, spot market trends, and automate routine processing. • Support design and rollout of compensation programs across multiple business units and regions.

What You Bring

Key qualifications include global compensation experience, fluency in English, advanced Excel expertise, and the ability to work independently while prioritizing ad‑hoc requests. Core competencies needed are data analytics, business partnering, market benchmarking, project management, critical thinking, and compensation program design and implementation. • Minimum 8 years compensation experience with global exposure and fluency in English. • Advanced Excel skills for large‑dataset analysis and strong independent prioritization. • Preferred experience with Market Pay platforms and Workday systems.
