About the Role

The Director of Asset Management (CRE) reports to the Managing Director and supports the evaluation and execution of all asset management activities. The role requires independent work, including the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports and updating property‑specific Argus models. • Update monthly and quarterly client reports. • Run monthly/quarterly Argus models for internal valuations. • Perform financial analysis on potential lease transactions and update client spreadsheets. • Evaluate investment returns using discounted cash flow, return on cost, development spreads, and leverage, including value‑added, tax, and joint‑venture impacts. • Track new lease opportunities and active market tenants for the Managing Director. • Coordinate due‑diligence for acquisition and development projects. • Monitor market dynamics and incorporate research insights into analyses. • Develop knowledge of institutional‑quality real‑estate investing. • Build networks with brokers, sellers, and joint‑venture partners to source investments. • Present proposals to senior investment professionals, committees, and clients, strengthening relationships. • Exercise sound judgment on deals, people, and situations.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold at least a bachelor’s degree and have a minimum of three years of experience in real estate, private equity, or finance, with strong proficiency in Argus Enterprise and Excel. Desired qualifications include an MBA, CPA, or MS, direct industrial real estate experience, and familiarity with opportunities in the Central and Eastern United States. The ideal candidate demonstrates the ability to work autonomously, possesses strong written and verbal communication skills, and has a developing knowledge of institutional‑quality real estate investing. • Hold a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of real‑estate, private‑equity, or finance experience. • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Argus Enterprise and Excel. • Possess an MBA, CPA, or MS (preferred) and one year of direct industrial real‑estate experience. • Experience with opportunities in the Central and Eastern United States. • Operate independently with strong written and verbal presentation skills for internal and external audiences. • Prefer development and joint‑venture underwriting experience. • Work effectively in teams under tight deadlines, limited resources, and changing priorities. • Possess solid understanding of commercial real‑estate economics, finance, valuation, and financing.

Compensation for this position ranges from $140,250 to $165,000, with pay determined by factors such. as geographic location, experience, and collective‑ bargaining coverage.
