About the Role
The Senior Site Architect will oversee the architectural aspects of construction projects on‑site, ensuring that the design intent is realized throughout the build. This role involves close coordination with contractors, engineers, and clients, while monitoring compliance with codes, safety standards, and environmental guidelines. • Oversee construction site to ensure architectural design is implemented correctly according to plans. • Monitor quality of materials and workmanship for compliance with design specifications and standards. • Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to resolve design or construction issues. • Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines. • Address and resolve on‑site issues or conflicts, adjusting plans as necessary. • Prepare and present progress reports to clients and stakeholders, highlighting deviations and proposed solutions. • Maintain detailed records of site activities, including daily logs, inspection reports, and change orders. • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with the project.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least 15 years of experience supervising large‑scale architectural projects in the Middle East consulting sector, a bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field, and preferably a professional registration such as PE, Peng, or CEng. LEED Green Associate or AP certification is considered an additional advantage. • Minimum 15 years experience supervising and administrating large‑scale architectural projects in the Middle East consulting industry. • Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or equivalent; professional membership (e.g., PE, Peng, CEng) preferred. • LEED Green Associate or AP certification is a plus.
