HDR is hiring a Senior Strategic Communications Coordinator for transportation and water projects in Minnesota, seeking a communications professional passionate about strategic engagement and stakeholder outreach. • Minimum of 8 years relevant industry experience • Experience leading social media campaigns • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines • Self‑starter who works independently or in a team • Strong organizational abilities • Familiarity with architecture and engineering consulting industry • Experience in transportation, wastewater, drinking water, or water resources • Consulting or account management experience preferred • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and travel to meetings/events • Effective communication in person, by telephone, and via email
