About the Role

In this role, workers cast covers or boxes using individual mold platforms, mix and pour polymer concrete, and integrate fiberglass and rebar for reinforcement while adhering to strict safety protocols that require protective eyewear, hard hats, earplugs, and steel‑toed shoes. • Work 10‑hour shifts from 4 PM to 2:30 AM, Monday‑Thursday with mandatory overtime Friday‑Saturday. • Mix and pour polymer concrete into molds, incorporating fiberglass and rebar for reinforcement. • Wear protective eyewear, hard hat, earplugs, and steel‑toed shoes at all times. • Maintain consistent, reliable, and predictable attendance.
