About the Role

The Senior Property Manager (CRE) is responsible for managing the Property Management staff, overseeing a significant property portfolio, and serving as the primary point of contact for third‑party relationships. • Direct and coordinate functional responsibilities for property management. • Provide leadership through policy development, program interpretation, and strategy coordination. • Guide Property Management staff and promote clear career paths. • Track budget variances and ensure smooth recovery processes. • Oversee billing, invoice payments, and fund disbursements. • Monitor cash flow and cash requirements with the Property Manager. • Prepare reports, annual budgets, and owner documents per management agreements. • Support prompt collection of management fees and reimbursements. • Maintain third‑party owner interfaces, ensuring contract compliance and timely reporting. • Resolve tenant relation issues to ensure satisfaction. • Conduct regular property inspections with staff. • Oversee construction projects, approving contracts and invoices. • Ensure compliance with policies, codes, regulations, and governmental directives.

What You Bring

Key competencies include communication proficiency, customer focus, problem solving and analysis, leadership, teamwork orientation, time management, and financial acumen. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred, and candidates should have at least five years of real‑estate property management experience. Additional qualifications such as CPM, RPA, or CSM designations, a real‑estate license, strong finance and building‑operations knowledge, and experience managing teams and negotiating commercial leases are valuable. The role operates in a professional office setting with standard equipment and requires regular travel between properties in various weather conditions. Physical demands include climbing stairs, moving between buildings, and remaining seated or standing for roughly 85% of the workday.
