About the Role

Key responsibilities include defining and executing a growth strategy for the Power Delivery practice, cultivating strong client relationships, and driving business development to secure new opportunities. You will supervise design projects, review technical documents, and prepare specifications, cost estimates, and proposals while ensuring quality, timeliness, and profitability. Leadership duties involve mentoring a high-performing team, allocating resources effectively, and upholding sound business principles. • Define and execute a growth vision for the Power Delivery practice • Lead business development to win new and existing client work • Deliver high-quality, profitable Power Delivery design services • Supervise design projects and review technical documents • Prepare specifications, cost estimates, and proposals • Mentor and manage a high-performing engineering team • Ensure project profitability, resource allocation, and timely delivery • Cultivate strong client relationships as a trusted partner • Maintain a state Professional Engineer license and adhere to industry standards

What You Bring

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of electrical engineering experience in Power Delivery design and management, a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, and a state Professional Engineer license. You must possess deep knowledge of industry standards, extensive client contacts, and proven business development and proposal writing abilities. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship, as the firm does not sponsor visas.
