About the Role
The manager owns the full order‑to‑cash process from bidding through execution, conducts project reviews, tracks risks and opportunities, optimizes orders and receivables, supports contract creation, collaborates with cross‑functional teams, prepares reports, monitors budget compliance, and drives annual and monthly financial reporting and forecasting. • Manage end‑to‑end commercial finance for hyperscale projects from bidding to order‑to‑cash execution. • Partner with global project teams, providing financial insights and risk/opportunity analysis. • Conduct project reviews, prepare progress reports, and monitor budget compliance. • Optimize orders, manage receivables, and support framework contract and sales agreement creation. • Coordinate cross‑company collaboration, track project costs, and ensure cash‑flow forecasting. • Produce monthly and annual financial reports and support budget planning. • Enhance controlling systems and promote compliance with Rolls‑Royce Code of Conduct. • Lead special projects as assigned.

What You Bring
Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S., hold a bachelor’s degree in finance, controlling or business administration, and have either 7 years of controlling experience in manufacturing (or 11 years total). Preferred attributes include strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, deep knowledge of accounting principles, advanced Excel/PowerPoint proficiency, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Controlling, or Business Administration. • Minimum 7 years of controlling experience in a manufacturing environment (or 11 years total). • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed. • Strong analytical and complex problem‑solving abilities. • In‑depth knowledge of economic, accounting principles, financial markets, and reporting. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. • Excellent organizational, planning, and follow‑up skills. • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
