About the Role
Pickers pull parts in the KBR Warehouse according to work standards, quality‑check them, and issue the part to the pick ticket in Maximo. The role follows a first‑in‑first‑out (FIFO) inventory method to keep stock accurate and reduce obsolete inventory. • Pull parts and fill orders using Maximo, marking pick tickets as completed. • Receive, check in, and issue materials to support daily production. • Maintain inventory records, perform weekly cycle counts, and inspect incoming material. • Ensure proper planning, receipt, storage, and issue of all material. • Follow safety rules, wear required personal protective equipment, and obtain forklift certification. • Coordinate inventory control, order fulfillment, and distribution under direct supervision.

What You Bring
• Adapt to constant priority changes in the work environment. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including essential formulas for spreadsheet management. • Familiar with basic PowerPoint functions such as creating slides and adding text. • Able to use Outlook for email, attachments, and appointment scheduling. • Strong communication and multitasking abilities. • Safety‑oriented mindset. • High school diploma or GED. • Experience with Maximo asset management system. • Operation of electric pallet jacks or forklift (certification required).
