About the Role
The Logistics Analyst coordinates drivers, trucks, and containers to create capacity, maximize productivity, and deliver prompt, courteous service to customers. This role also oversees safety, customer experience, and overall productivity within the logistics operation. Key duties include ensuring compliance with safety policies, analyzing daily route information and implementing changes to improve efficiency, and using the routing platform to respond to same‑day or next‑day service needs. The analyst closes routes accurately, resolves transit issues, manages driver safety, and analyzes logistics data to enhance routing accuracy and profitability. The role emphasizes customer experience by interacting courteously with clients, designing routes that prevent service issues, and keeping call center communications up to date. The analyst evaluates missed pickups, communicates delays, and continuously reviews routing media to meet customer commitments and maintain high satisfaction. • Analyze and adjust daily routes to maximize efficiency and capacity. • Ensure compliance with all safety policies and monitor driver performance. • Communicate continuously with drivers to resolve transit issues and missed pickups. • Collect and interpret logistics data to improve routing accuracy and profitability. • Manage swing routes and disposal plans to optimize resource utilization.

What You Bring
Qualifications include strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, excellent written and verbal communication, and the capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, experience in a customer‑facing position, and preferably two years in a dispatcher or leadership role are required.
