About the Role

The Porter cleans vacant units in preparation for marketing and occupancy, as well as property common areas, offices, and model units. The role reports to the Resident Manager and the Property Manager and works closely with the maintenance staff. • Clean business office, restrooms, laundry rooms, model apartments, and common areas on schedule • Clean vacant apartment units for showing and occupancy • Maintain landscape and exterior areas such as driveways, parking lots, curbs, dumpster zones, and exterior hallways • Provide world‑class customer service by addressing resident concerns and maintenance needs • Report maintenance problems to supervisor • Assist with inventory control • Perform duties following safety guidelines and report obstacles • Follow directions, handle projects, and complete tasks on time • Adhere to Cushman & Wakefield safety policies and procedures

What You Bring

Physical demands include standing, walking, ascending and descending stairs, ladders, or step stools, and frequently lifting or moving objects up to 25 pounds. The employee must be able to remain in a stationary position for most of the time while performing duties safely. • Know safe use of cleaning agents and equipment • Preferred experience cleaning multifamily residential or commercial buildings • Minimum education: High School Diploma, GED, trade/technical/vocational school

Benefits
