About the Role
The role contributes to team success by working safely, accurately, and meeting defined productivity standards. You will be part of a global organization that designs, manufactures, markets, installs, and services high‑performance electrical connection and protection solutions used in critical equipment, buildings, and processes worldwide. • Perform material handling tasks including pick location replenishment, inbound stock putaway, inventory cycle counting, and truck loading/unloading. • Operate all types of forklift lifts safely and complete daily lift inspections. • Complete daily 5S warehouse organization and cleaning tasks. • Accurately execute inventory moves per WMS assignments, ensuring correct quantity and location. • Prepare pallets for putaway and replenishment following standard work. • Meet productivity rates for each material handling task. • Communicate barriers to leads or supervisors. • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and submit employee suggestions. • Assist with order picking as needed.

What You Bring
The position requires at least one year of distribution‑center experience, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to match visual information on a smartphone device with product labels. You must be able to perform repetitive lifts of 10 lb or more, occasional lifts up to 60 lb, stand for 8‑10 hour shifts, and operate all forklift types safely. • Minimum 1 year distribution center experience. • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to match visual information on a smartphone device with product labels. • Accurate counting skills to maintain inventory accuracy. • Proficient in addition and multiplication calculations. • Ability to lift 10+ lbs repeatedly and up to 60 lbs occasionally; stand for 8‑10 hour shifts; bend and twist as required. • Certified to operate motorized equipment and all forklift types safely. • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work overtime as needed.
