About the Role
The coordinator is responsible for logistical and labor coordination of all installation jobs, serving as the primary point of contact for customers and communicating material updates, scheduling, timelines, and required preparations. What You Bring

The role supports and assists in aligning departmental processes and solutions to effectively meet Statewide’s business needs. Ideal candidates possess strong time-management and organizational abilities, can type at least 30 wpm, and have basic Excel skills along with strong written and verbal communication. At least two years of customer-facing experience is required, with scheduling experience preferred, and they must hold a high school diploma or GED. An energetic, patient, and team-oriented personality is essential. • Type at least 30 words per minute. • Basic proficiency in Excel. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Minimum 2 years experience in a customer-facing role; scheduling experience preferred. • Energetic, enthusiastic, patient, and calming demeanor. • Team player with ability to grow in the role. • High school diploma or GED required.

Work is performed in an office setting with moderate noise levels, Monday through Friday on a 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM or 8 AM – 5 PM schedule. The dress code is business casual, and employees are expected to present a clean and neat appearance during business hours. Compensation ranges from $20 to $22 per hour and includes 401(k) matching, health, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as short- and long-term disability plans, additional voluntary benefits, and paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave.
