About the Role

The Continuous Improvement Manager will drive operational excellence across the Americas Advisory segment by leading Lean transformation initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role involves coaching senior leaders, implementing CI methods, and collaborating with teams to achieve efficient processes. The manager will take a hands‑on, action‑oriented approach to support change and transformation. • Lead business transformation and change initiatives to create visually managed, waste‑free processes. • Apply CI/Lean methods such as process flow mapping, value‑stream mapping, Kaizen, and Just‑In‑Time to meet strategic objectives. • Design and facilitate continuous improvement training programs and Kaizen events. • Coach teams and senior leaders, providing constructive feedback to strengthen Lean competencies. • Develop and manage visual action plans and key improvement projects, tracking progress with established KPIs. • Identify cost‑productivity opportunities, solve problems, and report financial impact and ROI. • Organize and chair the Americas CI Steering Committee while benchmarking best practices globally. • Supervise, hire, train, and develop direct reports as necessary.

What You Bring

• Hold a bachelor’s degree, 4–6 years of Lean leadership experience, and a recognized Lean certification. • Demonstrate expertise in Lean tools, data analysis, project management, and possess strong influencing and communication skills.

Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of $110,500 to $130,000 and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, vision, dental, flexible spending accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance, as well as paid and unpaid time off. Compensation is aligned with geographic location, experience, and applicable collective bargaining agreements.
