About the Role
Key responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to keep equipment running and minimize downtime. Mechanics must adhere to strict safety protocols, adapt to changing priorities, and handle the physical demands of lifting 50 lb, bending, squatting, and working both indoors and outdoors as required. • Work on a variety of makes, models & equipment in challenging remote locations • Develop new skills for a career track in service or operation management • May need to provide mechanic’s tools of trade • Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on aerial work platforms, construction tools, and specialty equipment • Follow safety protocols to minimize equipment downtime

What You Bring
Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, with trade school training preferred, and 3–5 years of experience servicing diesel, heavy construction, or specialty equipment. A valid driver’s license with an acceptable record is required, and a CDL may be necessary in some locations. Mechanics should be prepared to supply their own tools, possess knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems, and may need bilingual abilities depending on the site.
