About the Role

• Maintain and update the project's data distribution system and schedule per client, project, and supplier needs. • Revise the system or schedule to ensure timely approvals and distribution. • Process document changes promptly to meet deadlines. • Coordinate with stakeholders to edit and proof documents. • Track and archive all project documents. • Follow standardized procedures, applying discretion when necessary. • Keep the document tracking and production system operational. • Manage a comprehensive document control system for all documentation types. • Produce copies of drawings for production and internal use. • Ensure completed documents receive required sign‑offs. • Distribute documents to appropriate personnel. • Implement and adhere to company quality‑assurance procedures.
