About the Role
The Manager, Regional Employee Engagement leads a team of engagement specialists and actively develops, executes, and evaluates strategic internal communications for nuclear corporate organizations. The role combines people management with hands‑on responsibility for driving employee awareness, engagement, and alignment with corporate and business‑unit goals. The manager also advises leadership, cultivates a collaborative culture, and supports outreach to government, community stakeholders, and advocacy for nuclear tax credits. Key duties include designing and delivering internal engagement programs that align employees with nuclear business plans, strategic initiatives, and Employee Resource Groups. The manager mentors regional specialists, sets goals, provides feedback, and fosters an inclusive, high‑performing culture. Responsibilities also cover strategic messaging, creation of multi‑medium engagement materials, and support for All‑Hands meetings, weekly alignment packages, digital displays, and Monday‑Morning Memos. What You Bring
Candidates must have at least a bachelor’s degree with eight years of relevant experience, or equivalent combinations of associate degree with ten years, or high school diploma with twelve years, and meet required access and medical standards. Preferred qualifications include experience in communications or journalism, knowledge of the energy industry, and familiarity with technologies such as Panopto, digital work tools, and enterprise social platforms. • Required: Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years experience (or equivalent) and applicable access/medical clearance. • Preferred: Communications or journalism background, energy industry knowledge, and proficiency with Panopto and enterprise social platforms.
