About the Role

The Manager, Field Service leads a team that delivers high‑quality service quickly, overseeing performance, leadership, development, and project initiatives. This role partners with Service Partners and internal branches to improve processes, meet SLA requirements, and drive cost, efficiency, speed, and quality improvements. The manager is also responsible for handling escalations, audits, and cross‑functional relationships while fostering a positive, innovative team environment. • Resolve high‑priority escalated issues and oversee KPI performance. • Track and manage team productivity, quality metrics, and SLA compliance. • Expand department scorecard to improve cost, efficiency, speed, and quality. • Conduct audits and analyses to ensure standards and procedural compliance. • Build cross‑functional relationships with branches and reduce escalations. • Hold equipment manufacturers accountable to performance standards. • Manage insurance, legal escalations, and approve partner/sub‑contractor invoices. • Serve as SME for special projects and lead field service coordinators and associates. • Hire, train, coach, and performance‑manage a scalable, innovative team. • Document best practices, standards, and guidelines; address recurring issues. • Maintain ethics, professionalism, and exemplary communication at all times.

What You Bring

• Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; minimum 2 years leadership experience. • Prefer residential solar background and ability to thrive in high‑pressure environments. • Demonstrate strong organization, problem‑solving, and advanced MS Office skills.
