About the Role

A Driver‑CDL (B) is responsible for safely operating a collection truck and providing prompt, courteous, and complete waste removal services for customers. The driver must ensure the vehicle complies with the company’s safety standards, adhere to all company, state, and federal regulations, and complete daily vehicle condition reports to address any defects promptly. The driver performs thorough pre‑ and post‑operation inspections, operates the truck and compactor safely along the assigned route, and loads and disposes of waste at designated facilities. They interact courteously with customers and dispatchers, tag unsatisfactory containers, monitor waste for prohibited items, and clean up spills in accordance with safety policies. Vehicle condition is continuously monitored, including cleaning the packer blade and truck body after each disposal trip, and all required reports and productivity sheets are completed. Participation in safety programs such as ReSOP and adherence to productivity standards are also required, along with demonstrating strong customer service, time management, and pride in work.

What You Bring
