About the Role

Reporting to the Aurora Planning Process Leader/Director, the lead will guide the global supply planning workstream, managing and collaborating with multiple cross‑functional team members, and partnering with ESC, DTS, and external vendors for design, development, and execution of solutions. Key responsibilities include leading the design and implementation of the Global Process Model, metrics, and operating‑system solutions that provide accurate plans for business objectives, as well as validating these processes and systems at regional levels across all business units while ensuring technical and organizational readiness. The role must ensure strong linkages and alignment between the Supply‑Based Planning (SBP), Aggregate Business Planning (ABP), and supply planning within the S&OP and S&OE cycles, fostering operational improvements across functions and integrating supply management solutions into these cycles. The lead will cultivate partnerships with internal customers and suppliers, provide expert counsel on supply planning processes, technology, data, and metrics to the global community, and seek best practices through industry groups and benchmarking relevant to the consumer‑products sector. • Lead design and implementation of the global supply planning process model, metrics, and operating‑system solutions. • Partner with ESC, DTS, and external vendors to develop and execute integrated supply planning solutions. • Ensure alignment of supply planning with SBP, ABP, S&OP, and S&OE cycles across all business units. • Drive adoption of supply management technologies such as Kinaxis and SAP PPDS, leveraging data analytics. • Provide expertise and counsel on supply planning processes, organization, and metrics to the global community. • Benchmark industry best practices and incorporate findings into the consumer‑products supply chain. • Oversee regional rollout, validation, and performance monitoring of planning systems. • Manage and influence large, complex global cross‑functional teams at multiple organizational levels. • Travel up to 40% domestically and internationally to support implementation and stakeholder engagement. • Apply strong project management, problem‑solving, and change‑management skills to deliver results on time.
