About the Role

Property Managers work independently across multiple sites, both inside and outdoors, where they assess customers' storage needs, recommend packing supplies, and ensure units are clean and ready for rent. Daily tasks include inspecting inventory, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and handling payment reminders or collection calls. • Assess customer storage needs and upsell packing/moving supplies • Conduct daily unit inspections and maintain inventory availability • Audit cash drawers, prepare bank deposits, and manage payment reminders/collections • Lift/move items up to 35 lb; walk outdoors up to 50% of time; climb stairs and open large doors • Perform routine cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and exterior maintenance

What You Bring
