The Construction Supervisor oversees all phases of utility construction on telecom projects, guiding multiple crews, ensuring deadlines are met, and maintaining quality standards. What You Bring
Ideal candidates prioritize safety, have a proven record of high‑quality work, and possess hands‑on problem‑solving abilities. Experience in telecom construction—including coax and fiber splicing, directional drilling, and map reading—along with leadership, coaching, and basic Microsoft Office proficiency is required. • Demonstrate expertise in coax splicing, fiber splicing, directional drilling, and map reading. • Hold relevant military occupational specialties (12H, 12N, 25W, 91X, 2549, 2591). • Utilize Microsoft Office and quickly learn custom software tools.
