About the Role
The supervisor will report to the Maintenance and Reliability Manager and oversee daily maintenance activities, asset lifecycle management, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role leads a team of technicians across foundry, machining, and plant operations and coordinates with cross‑functional departments to achieve operational goals. • Supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to reduce downtime and boost equipment reliability. • Support implementation of maintenance strategies and asset lifecycle plans. • Lead maintenance technicians across foundry, machining, and plant operations, ensuring safe and efficient work. • Monitor daily work orders, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion via the CMMS. • Conduct inspections and audits to maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards. • Collaborate with production, engineering, and procurement to align maintenance with operational needs. • Track and report KPIs related to maintenance effectiveness and equipment performance. • Provide hands‑on training and mentorship to foster continuous improvement. • Coordinate with external contractors and vendors to meet company standards and timelines. • Manage labor and material resources to support budget adherence.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate will combine relevant education with extensive experience in manufacturing maintenance and proven supervisory skills. Preference is given to individuals familiar with CMMS tools and possessing strong mechanical and electrical knowledge. • Hold a bachelor’s degree or minimum seven years of maintenance experience. • Possess at least five years of manufacturing maintenance or operations experience. • Have a minimum of three years’ supervisory or team‑lead experience. • Familiarity with CMMS platforms and maintenance planning tools. • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and industrial systems. • Bachelor’s degree in equipment reliability or engineering (preferred). • Five years of experience leading maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment. • Experience utilizing preventive/predictive maintenance and CMMS tools.
