Title Sales Representative

About the Role

The role involves building and maintaining a customer base through daily calls, accurate record‑keeping, assessing competitor actions, and contributing to sales forecasts and territory analysis. Representatives also develop and deliver sales presentations and participate in educational training programs for customers. • Sell Lennar Title products and services to real‑estate and financial professionals to grow market share. • Conduct daily prospecting calls, maintain accurate call and expense logs, and track order volume. • Analyze competitor activity, assist in sales forecasting, territory potential assessment, and target identification. • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and lead customer education/training sessions. • Attend local trade associations, civic groups, and company social events to build relationships. • Work regularly onsite in construction trailer environments, lift/carry up to 50 lb, and operate a vehicle and occasional construction equipment.

What You Bring

Candidates must have strong sales experience; prior title, escrow, or real‑estate experience is preferred. A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to become licensed as a Title Marketing Representative in California within 30 days are required. The position requires regular on‑site presence, the ability to work more than eight hours in a construction trailer environment, and occasional operation of construction equipment, as well as standard physical demands such as lifting up to 50 lb. • Possess strong sales background; title, escrow, or real‑estate experience preferred. • Hold a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and obtain California Title Marketing Representative license within 30 days.
