About the Role
The technician will troubleshoot service issues such as HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical and plumbing systems, ensure interior and exterior property standards and compliance, respond to maintenance tickets, follow up with residents and office staff, and participate in an on‑call rotation requiring night and weekend flexibility. • Troubleshoot HVAC, appliance, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing issues. • Ensure interior and exterior property compliance with company standards and laws. • Respond to maintenance tickets and update residents and staff on work status. • Participate in on‑call rotation with night and weekend availability.
