About the Role
The Maintenance Supervisor partners with the Community Manager to oversee all maintenance operations, manage staff and vendors, ensure safety compliance, and provide high‑quality service to residents. • Coordinate and respond to resident and management work orders daily. • Conduct daily inspections of grounds, buildings, and common areas to identify and correct hazards. • Manage maintenance inventory, order supplies within budget, and keep the shop stocked. • Implement and track a preventative maintenance program to extend property lifespan. • Maintain OSHA and EPA compliance, including hazard communication and safety training. • Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate maintenance staff while providing on‑the‑job guidance. • Lead on‑call emergency response and oversee unit make‑ready inspections. • Deliver prompt, courteous customer service and enforce community policies consistently. • Ensure accurate record‑keeping of service requests, maintenance activities, and compliance reports. • Obtain vendor bids, negotiate pricing, and oversee construction or rehabilitation projects for quality and timeliness. • Maintain reliable transportation for on‑call emergency duties.

What You Bring
• Hold a High School diploma or equivalent with EPA & CPO certification; HVAC knowledge desired.
