About the Role

The Assistant Project Manager will help coordinate project activities, ensuring cost, schedule, document control, and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include reviewing designs, tracking status, managing documents and digital databases, maintaining budgets and timelines, scheduling meetings and site visits, and communicating with technicians, engineers, contractors, vendors, and clients. The role requires detail‑orientation, organization, adaptability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and other management software. • Assist the Project Manager in executing the management plan for assigned projects. • Coordinate and manage projects from inception through completion. • Review project designs and propose cost‑saving ideas. • Perform daily operational tasks and track project status updates. • Organize, file, and maintain all project documents and digital databases. • Ensure compliance with specifications, budgets, and timelines. • Schedule meetings, phone calls, site visits, and liaise with technicians, engineers, and contractors. • Maintain positive relationships with vendors and clients.

What You Bring

Required qualifications include a BS in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture (preferred).
