About the Role

The Senior Manager, Field Operations & Transformation leads Renuity’s ambitious expansion agenda, overseeing end‑to‑end execution of new greenfield market entries and strategic rollout of product offerings. The role blends strategic oversight with hands‑on tactical execution to ensure scalability, operational excellence, and alignment with aggressive growth targets in a fast‑paced, private‑equity‑backed environment. Extensive travel, up to 75 % of the time, is required to support new and developing markets. In the greenfield geographic expansion pillar, the leader translates strategic decisions into detailed launch plans, managing project timelines, resources, and site selection. Responsibilities include building facilities, hiring initial teams, integrating technology, securing licenses, onboarding vendors, establishing supply chains, and preparing teams for operational readiness. The manager drives the transition from pilot to fully operational status and is accountable for early P&L performance and ramp‑up targets. For product expansions, the senior manager coordinates the introduction of new services into existing divisions and new markets, aligning product development, marketing, sales, and operations. They ensure all divisions are ready by training sales and installation teams, updating protocols, and confirming supplier and warehouse preparedness. Continuous tracking of adoption, feedback collection, and iterative rollout improvements are paired with the development of a standardized Growth Playbook for scalable launches. • Lead end‑to‑end launch and operational ramp‑up of new greenfield markets. • Oversee site selection, facility build‑out, initial hiring, technology integration, licensing, vendor onboarding, and supply‑chain setup. • Manage 30/60/90‑day activation plans and ensure early P&L performance meets targets. • Coordinate rollout of new product and service offerings across existing divisions and new markets. • Prepare sales and installation teams, update protocols, and ensure supplier and warehouse readiness for product launches. • Track product adoption, gather feedback, and iterate rollout strategies. • Develop, refine, and institutionalize Renuity’s Growth Playbook with standardized processes and templates. • Drive cross‑functional alignment and influence stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives. • Travel up to 75 % of the month to support market entry and expansion activities.
