About the Role

The Property Manager for Multifamily Summer House is tasked with maintaining the community to a market‑ready standard while delivering a high level of service, and motivating high‑performing teams to maximize property performance. This role oversees all operations, including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, and audits, while providing superior customer service to residents and prospects to boost satisfaction, renewals, revenue, reputation, and profitability. The manager leads, mentors, and manages an on‑site team covering leasing, customer service, maintenance, and management, handling recruitment, hiring, coaching, policy compliance, resident file maintenance, conflict resolution, and overall community budget and financial management. • Ensure smooth community operations in a fast‑paced environment. • Oversee maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, and audits. • Deliver superior customer service to residents and prospects to increase satisfaction, renewals, and revenue. • Complete lease and renewal paperwork according to company standards. • Track advertising performance and prospect traffic. • Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and retain a high‑performing on‑site team across leasing, customer service, maintenance, and management. • Enforce Cushman & Wakefield policies and procedures on‑site. • Maintain resident files and resolve conflicts promptly. • Manage community budget, finances, and expense control. • Collaborate with leasing staff to meet leasing and marketing targets. • Set leasing goals, evaluate staff performance, and improve outcomes.

What You Bring

Key competencies include effective communication, customer service, computer literacy, office and bookkeeping skills, the ability to set leasing goals, supervise daily operations, and manage a team; a Bachelor’s degree and Real Estate License are preferred, with at least three years of property management and management experience required. • Demonstrate effective communication, customer service, and computer skills (Microsoft Office, internet). • Hold a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and Real Estate License (preferred); 3+ years property management and management experience. • Work in a professional office setting, using standard equipment; travel up to 15 % and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 lb.
