About the Role
The role focuses on developing new sales opportunities and servicing established accounts by leveraging Schneider Electric’s products, solutions, and deep customer knowledge to educate clients on pricing, application advantages, and how they meet customer needs. The position requires leading industrial product sales across channel partners, promoting Schneider Electric’s portfolio, developing account plans, negotiating deals, driving integrated solutions, building strong customer relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure project success. • Lead industrial product sales for channel‑led customer base. • Promote Schneider Electric’s full portfolio and act as liaison between customers and channel partners. • Develop annual business plans for key accounts to drive profit, volume and market share and meet targets. • Negotiate and close new business opportunities to grow sales and gross margin. • Drive EcoStruxure Plant/Machine integrated solutions from connected products to advisory platforms. • Build customer intimacy across all organization levels, including C‑level, engineering and purchasing. • Manage customer responsiveness and satisfaction through regular contact before and after execution. • Collaborate with broader Schneider Electric sales teams to coordinate efforts and secure project wins.
