About the Role

The front desk clerk role focuses on delivering positive guest experiences, handling reservations and payments, managing safety deposit boxes, coordinating housekeeping and maintenance requests, restocking supplies, providing local information, and preparing reports for management. • Provide positive, memorable guest interactions during check‑in and check‑out • Enter and maintain reservation data in the computerized system • Assist guests with reservations, changes, and unit availability • Generate invoices and collect payments for rentals and merchandise • Manage safety deposit boxes • Process housekeeping and maintenance requests by coordinating with appropriate departments • Restock front‑desk supplies and prepare arrival packets • Offer information on local attractions and resort amenities • Prepare correspondence and reports for management as needed

What You Bring
