• Perform painting, stucco, texturing, drywall, staining, and ceiling work (knockdown/popcorn). • Diagnose and fix plumbing fixtures, including drain cleaning. • Replace light bulbs and ballasts. • Repair closet and drapery tracks, restore furniture stains, and mend minor damage. • Support maintenance team on special projects.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma, has 1‑2 years of maintenance experience, and can safely work on ladders up to 40 feet, lift up to 100 lb, and perform other physical tasks with or without reasonable accommodation. • Communicate clearly with engineering leadership.
