About the Role
We are seeking an Electrical Estimator to join our data‑center construction team, supporting large‑scale, mission‑critical projects for a key client. In this Construction Management role you will provide accurate cost estimates and consulting services, collaborating closely with clients, contractors and project teams throughout all phases of construction. • Prepare detailed, accurate cost estimates for electrical systems in data‑center projects. • Review drawings, specifications and scope documents to determine material, labor and equipment needs. • Collaborate with project teams to develop cost plans and support procurement strategies. • Analyze project requirements and propose value‑engineering options. • Perform cost risk analysis and assist with change‑control processes. • Review subcontractor bids for completeness and accuracy. • Prepare formal estimating reports covering quantities, costs, escalation and assumptions. • Utilize industry‑standard estimating tools and software. • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market trends, supply‑chain conditions and electrical systems. • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders in a professional, client‑facing environment. • Support development of estimating standards and best practices for data‑center projects. • Ensure compliance with local codes, standards and permitting requirements. • Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable.

What You Bring
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related field. • Possess 3–5 years of experience in electrical estimating or cost management for construction projects. • Demonstrate familiarity with electrical systems and construction‑industry technical matters. • Experience with estimating software (e.g., CostX, WinEst) and proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Exhibit strong analytical, organizational and communication skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, client‑facing role. • Experience with mission‑critical or data‑center projects is a plus.

Benefits
The full‑time position offers a salary range of $120K‑$140K, reflecting base salary only and subject to adjustment based on experience and qualifications.
