About the Role

The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR-related functions for the Southeast region, supporting sales leaders across various verticals by delivering HR strategy and support. Key responsibilities include recruitment, employee relations, performance and talent management, coaching senior sales leaders, driving a culture of learning and accountability, deploying communication plans, utilizing assessment tools such as employee surveys, building organizational capability through talent processes, supporting workforce planning, and leading change initiatives. • Provide HR strategy and support to Southeast sales leaders. • Coach senior sales leaders to influence culture and improve employee engagement. • Manage recruitment, employee relations, performance, and talent management processes. • Deploy communication plans and use assessment tools such as employee surveys. • Build organizational capability through talent acquisition, assessment, performance management, and development. • Support workforce planning, including headcount and manning level decisions. • Lead and coach change initiatives to address organizational challenges.

What You Bring

Required qualifications are a bachelor’s degree (MBA or master’s in HR preferred), a minimum of seven years of HR experience, strong influencing and managerial courage, solid knowledge of local regulations and employment laws, excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment, and willingness to travel up to 50%. Candidates must reside within 50 miles of Charlotte, NC or Smyrna, GA unless they are active‑duty military; no relocation assistance is provided.
