About the Role

ACCIONA is hiring a Contracts Administrator for the Western Harbour Tunnel Project. The role will manage procurement of numerous packages, establish and negotiate contracts, and act as an intermediary between subcontractors and ACCIONA, resolving conflicts as they arise. Key responsibilities include administering and supervising downstream contract compliance, leading procurement for critical packages, preparing regular contract status reports, drafting internal and external contractual correspondence, assisting in resolving payment disputes, reviewing contract payments and audits, and maintaining all contractual records and documents. • Administer and supervise downstream contract compliance • Lead procurement for critical project packages • Prepare regular contract status reports • Draft and manage internal and external contractual correspondence • Resolve contract payment disputes and coordinate with contractors • Review contract payments, conduct audits, and maintain records • Work on the Western Harbour Tunnel – Stage 2 infrastructure project in Sydney

What You Bring
