About the Role
Vacation Sales Managers work in our Retail Marketing team, selling vacation getaways in Bass Pro Shops® and Cabela’s®. They lead a high‑performing team of 3‑4 Sales Representatives, engaging customers and selling vacation packages with uncapped commission. The team typically finalizes a sale in under 10 minutes, delivering satisfied vacationers. • Lead and empower a team of sales representatives. • Drive vacation package sales through engaging customer interactions. • Develop and implement strategic sales plans and analyze performance for improvements. • Provide ongoing training and nurture a culture of continuous learning. • Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.
