About the Role

The primary purpose of this position is to coordinate the creation and maintenance of SAP master data in plant specific. The PMDM needs to ensure smooth business operations through prompt and accurate master data preparation by working closely with the plant Data Domain Owners, Key Users, and end users who are responsible for creating their domain data like PIR, SL, customers, vendors, BOM’s and Routings depending of the need. It is also responsible to maintain the quality of plant master data. In addition to day to day master data tasks the Plant Master Data Manager is also responsible for working with the regional and global team on continuous improvement initiatives for data quality. • PMDM manages the plant’s ERP master data • Administer One shuttle tool • Improve execution times in One shuttle template • Responsible for creation of material master data in plant • PMDM handles material master only: create parts, activate when ready, obsolete and change parts according to lifecycle and projects • Coordinate with plant Data Coordinators/Key Users across domains before activating item master; audit their data before releasing parts • Establish and maintain process for measuring master data activity and cycle times • Prepare and publish monthly data quality report with plant domain data owners to identify root causes and corrective actions • Evaluate business impact and lost opportunity due to poor data quality • Provide localized training for plant master data • Assess performance of plant Data Domain owners and address issues with coordinators and supervisors • Work with HR and plant functional areas to ensure coverage of master data responsibilities during absence or vacancy • Support new modules, releases, and project deployments by ensuring data creation or modifications • Apply processes following guidelines, tools, roles, monitoring tools, and dashboards for lifecycle management • Share and implement best practices • Ensure role assignment per user in the plant without risks and violations • Audit SAP access users quarterly • Collect and extract data to generate business reports • Ensure resources are utilized to achieve short- and long-term goals • Lead relevant cards for SPS (Schneider Performance System) audits

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, logistics, or business management • Expertise in specific business domain • SAP experience, preferably S/4HANA/ERP • Operational experience • Experience in multiple business areas is helpful • Inventory control process knowledge (desired) • Excellent problem‑solving abilities • Strong attention to detail and follow‑through • Strong analytical, numerical, math, and statistics skills • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills • Data migration or lifecycle experience on master data is helpful
