About the Role
The Accounts Receivable Administrator role involves maintaining accurate AR records, collaborating with other departments to improve billing and collection, reconciling transactions, and supporting month‑end closing activities. Safety is a top priority at Nucor; candidates must be able to lead and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times. • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date accounts receivable records. • Collaborate with other departments to streamline billing and collection processes. • Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and resolve discrepancies. • Assist with month‑end closing activities related to accounts receivable.

What You Bring
Minimum qualifications include an associate’s degree or equivalent experience in accounts receivable, proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office, and willingness to work scheduled or unscheduled overtime during month‑end closings. • Demonstrate leadership in initiating and upholding safety policies and procedures. • Hold an associate’s degree or proven experience in accounts receivable. • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Available to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime as needed for month‑end closings.
