About the Role

The Sales Gallery Coordinator – Virtual Focus is essential to delivering a warm, professional, and seamless virtual experience for guests and owners while supporting the Hawaii Virtual Sales team. In this role you will welcome guests online, foster an engaging environment, and ensure all tour information is accurately maintained in Chorus. You will also assign guest leads to Virtual Sales Executives in Salesforce according to the established sales rotation. You will partner closely with Sales and Marketing teams to provide outstanding service to internal and external customers, handling policies and agent assignments across multiple Hilton Grand Vacations offices for vacation‑ownership presentations. The position demands strong multitasking abilities, system proficiency, and the capacity to work independently while leading the development of effective standard operating procedures. A friendly demeanor, collaborative mindset, and ability to stay organized in a fast‑paced environment are critical to success. • Welcome guests virtually and maintain a warm, professional environment. • Update tour information accurately in the Chorus system. • Assign guest leads to Virtual Sales Executives in Salesforce based on sales rotation. • Handle policies and agent assignments across multiple offices for vacation‑ownership presentations. • Develop and lead the creation of effective standard operating procedures (SOPs). • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams while working independently.
