About the Role

The role is responsible for the safe execution of a portfolio of concurrent projects at various Rolls‑Royce sites, ensuring delivery to JLL and Rolls‑Royce standards for health, safety, quality, cost, and programme while complying with CDM legislation, MS18 and CS06 standards. The position is full‑time, permanent, and based in Inchinnan, with no consideration for freelance or contract arrangements. You will manage projects ranging from £50k to £15m, adhering to the NEC3 Framework Contract and agreed programme. Responsibilities include providing health and safety leadership to site teams and subcontractors, supporting risk management, producing quotations and estimates, maintaining client and stakeholder relationships, and coaching direct reports and trainees. Collaboration with the Senior Design Manager will ensure robust, economic, and constructible designs, while liaising with Rolls‑Royce Project Managers guarantees compliance with standards and delivery plans. • Manage projects valued between £50k and £15m across Rolls‑Royce sites. • Deliver projects under the NEC3 framework on schedule and budget. • Provide health and safety leadership for site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. • Support risk management processes and implement effective controls. • Produce and manage quotations and cost estimates. • Maintain and enhance client and stakeholder relationships. • Coach, mentor, and develop direct reports and trainees. • Collaborate with Senior Design Manager to ensure constructible designs. • Ensure compliance with MS18, CS06, British Standards, and Rolls‑Royce standards. • Complete projects snag‑free and deliver final accounts and O&M information. • Manage health and safety procedures across multiple sites. • Prepare accurate quotations and estimates.

What You Bring

The role requires proven project management experience within the construction or building services industry, specifically in occupied buildings or campuses, and a solid understanding of NEC3 contracts and health and safety procedures across multiple sites. Essential qualifications include a City & Guilds/NVQ construction certification, SMSTS, JIB/BESA, CSCS card, and First Aid, along with proficiency in MS Office and field‑based quality assurance software. Strong interpersonal, communication, organisational, and problem‑solving skills are also mandatory. • Demonstrated project management experience in construction/building services. • Experience working in occupied buildings or campuses. • Proficient use of NEC3 contracts. • Hold City & Guilds/NVQ construction qualification. • Possess SMSTS, JIB/BESA, CSCS Card, and First Aid certifications. • Competent with MS Office and Fieldview or similar QA software. • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. • Strong organisational and time‑management abilities. • Self‑motivated, proactive, and capable of problem‑solving.
